How would you call such a thing as the ConferenceBike?

First you come to think of words like bicycle, bike, ring or circle, team, fun, and party.
So you get Circlebike and Circlebicycle, Ringbike and Ringbicycle, Groupbike und Groupbicycle or Teambike and Teambicycle.
And once you have experienced it you want to say Funbike or Funbicycle, Partybike or Partybicycle.

Of course the ConferenceBike is a MultiPersonBike, MultiPersonBicycle.
Considering the number of seats: SevenSeater, BikeForSeven, SevenCycle
or, in case of miscounting SixSeater, BikeForSix, SixCycle or EightSeater, BikeForEight, EightCycle. Try to say that fast three times!

A tandem is a bicycle for two. So our Sevenseater could be called Heptadem or Multidem - sounds weird!
Hepticycle was found here, consequently leading to Heptacycle, Heptibike or Heptabike.
And being slightly careless about numbers even you even get Hexicycle or Hexibike, Octocycle or Octobike.
